Thank you for registering!

When registering for this program online there are additional steps you must complete for your child to be placed on a team roster. You will need to download and complete the Waiver emailed to you with your receipt. You will need to fill out the form completely and return it to the recreation center with which you have registered. You will also need to bring three (3) proofs of residency and a birth certificate for the registered player(s). Copies will be made and kept on file at the recreation center to verify playing eligibility. You must also bring your child to the recreation center so their picture can be taken for id purposes.

Also at that time, your registration zone (playing zone) will be confirmed. (In the event you have registered in the wrong zone, you will be transferred to your assigned zone as space is available.) If these forms/items are not received prior to Opening Day of your registered season, your child will be removed from the program and a refund will be issued for registration fees paid.

If you have questions about registration (playing) zones or proofs of residency, please visit http://fcpr.us/athletics/youth_athletics/registration_zonesguidelines.aspx
